ROOTS is not the roots of black people (Snoop on Slavery movies)

So the lame people over at History Channel assembled a star studded cast (Forrest Whittaker, Lawrence Fishburn, T.I.) to regurgitate Alex Haley’s fairytale book and TV series Roots. But this time the people are boycotting this socially orchestrated tale of black suffering and white Masa’s sipping mint julep on the front porch. It’s interesting that History Channel has never created anything promoting black excellence before…why now…why this???

Let’s not forget Black Roots or Black History is actually endless and does not start when white folks stole us from Africa. Some of the roots of our past were found in Ethiopia dating back 3.2 Million years by Dr. Donald Johnson. This planet is scattered with the remains of the Nubian Dynasties of upper and lower Egypt, Mali, Timbuktu, Olmec, Pacific Islands, Moors, Asia and the other great and marvelous civilizations developed, engineered by very, very dark skinned people. (Not just African)

No slaves came from Africa. European Slave traders kidnaped farmers, architects, scientist, healers, astronomers, mothers, children, fathers. We were not slaves. Our Roots are the blackness of space and the universe it self…all life comes from darkness.

Here is what Snoop had to say about Roots.

How to Race Bait…or Race Baiting 101.

Race Baiting 101

It’s called Race Baiting when people who are not Caucasian speak about the atrocities, and social engineering that were done to them by Europeans. This cry of Race Baiting is predominately distributed by whites in America, or the people who are are afraid of messing with the status quo. Instead of acknowledging those wrongs that plague those communities and Nations till today and working to correct the wrongs the oppressors descendants (not all of them) try to suppress this information by engaging in useless word play, soulless patriotism and Semantics.

The disproportionate killings of unarmed black people by police, criminalization of black and brown men, lack of access to fair and equitable education—those aren’t the problem. Nation19 is.

Unlike other media outlets we have NO advertisers or GRANTS dictating our agenda. We are independent. We travel, research, document, distribute the truth from all over the planet.

May 2, 2016 (DENVER) — After nearly 15 years Mario Rodriguez, best known as DJ Chonz, exits (KS-1075) KQKS Denver and continues marketing and music under DJ Chonz and Radio Bums. The Denver native worked his way through the ranks from an underground Hip-Hop show on Sunday nights to become one of Denver’s best known hip-hop DJ’s. He climbed his way from the underground, to obtaining weekend shifts as a mixer on Saturdays and Sundays to becoming the first mixer to DJ live daily on commercial radio at 5pm. Chonz severed as co-host for nearly a decade until he became the main host 4 years ago heading the helm of the 3-7pm time slot.

Chonz leaves the station on a high note as station KQKS in afternoons reached #1 according to Nielsen Arbitron ratings in the Denver market in his demographics for 18-34 adults for March 2016. A Denver native from Denver’s north side, Chonz was known on air not only for his DJ skills yet for his charismatic attributes of being a Denver native talking to his fellow native audience. He opened the doors for many DJs to be heard commercially on radio such as DJ Bedz, DJ Sabotage, DJ Staxx, KDJ Above and many more.

Under the DJ Chonz and Radio Bums brands, he will continue to DJ corporate and nightlife events along with working with his existing clients at Radio Bums Marketing. DJ Chonz was named Top 25 young professionals for 2015 from Colorado Biz Magazine, Chonz exclaims his gratitude to the Denver listeners from allowing him to be a part of their lives daily for so many years. “They watched me grow from a young kid to a young man with a family, I am grateful for that.” Chonz notes if the opportunity arises to do radio again he will consider it time permitting.
Information on his latest interests and for bookings please go towww.djchonz.com or e.mail booking@djchonz.com

Chonz involvement in the community has always been his passion –
from re-creating block parties in the Five Points area to helping other DJ’s become better known to sponsoring B-boy events in Denver as young people assembled in Denver for world qualifiers. He and his brother Delfino Rodriguez received a Proclamation from the City and County of Denver for Hip-Hop week because of their dedication. He has consistently volunteered his services from DJing and speaking engagements at youth centers, middle schools and high schools. This will be his third year giving out the DJ Chonz scholarship to CU Denver LYNX Summer Arts Camp – For more info click.

Given his passion for his community and helping others seek their voice, when the opportunity arose to take a position as Communication Director for longtime friend and U.S. Senate candidate Arn Menconi, he took advantage of the new endeavor. Chonz states “I am extremely grateful to have this opportunity to help my friend Arn get elected to fight for the young people of the world. He’s served youth all over the nation for two decades, now we need to get this movement into the U.S. Senate.”

“Chonz is a visionary and leader in communications from the heart to the masses of voices many thought could never be heard. I’m humbled to have his thought leadership to make a difference for the people not power elites” said Menconi.

Earlier today it was reported there was a terrorist bombing in Brussels, Belgium which has since been blamed on ISIS via CNN and major news media outlets. Is this yet another hoax, put on by the Freemasonry controlled Western Governments of the world, for the sake of scaring the people and blaming it on the false middle eastern boogie man known as “ISIS”?

The Oscars are wack and lacks diversity but that’s a good thing. Here is why.

The 88th Academy Awards ceremony, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (The Oscars), lacks diversity and yes the #Oscarsarewack but that could be a good thing for Film makers, Actors, Actresses, Producers and Directors of Color. Here is why.

People of Color make up 37% of the U.S population, but purchased 46% of movie tickets(Washington Post 12/15/2015) That statistic alone proves that Movies showing diverse cast and crew are big business. This is another wake up call to establish and support institutions that promote and honor black films and the people in front and behind the cameras.

Boycotting the Oscars is not going to change anything, Establishing our own institutions will. Who in the heck is Oscar anyway…lol.

Nation19 is honored to be selected to screen our independently produced film #Bars4Justice at the 24th annual Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) which runs from February 4th – 15th 2016 in Los Angeles. The Festival was founded by actor, producer and humanitarian Danny Glover, Ja’Net DuBois (Good Times), and Ayuko Babu.

Established in 1992 the festival honors filmmakers from all over the world and showcases the broad spectrum of Black creative works, particularly those that reinforce positive images and help destroy negative stereotypes. Last year they even held a workshop / panel with Denzel Washington! The Pan African Film Festival is the longest running event during black history and is the largest film festival in the US.

Actual facts about Police violence against black people in 2015.

In 2015 the actual facts about the ongoing killings of unarmed black people by police in the US is more than alarming. So many lives lost. We get a ton of mail from people telling us that the police are just doing their job in high crime areas but in the facts below its the data proves otherwise.

Click on the red keys on the interactive map to view more info on a particular city.

  • In 2014, 1 in 3 U.S. police killings happened in the 100 largest cities.
  • Black people were 21% of the population and 40% of people killed by police in these cities.
  • Most unarmed people killed by police in major U.S. cities were black (56%). Fewer than 1 in 5 (19%) were white.
  • An unarmed black person living in these cities was 6x more likely than an unarmed white person to be killed by police. An unarmed black person was almost as likely as an armed white person to be killed by police.
  • The Police Homicide rate for black men in 17 cities is higher than the U.S. homicide rate. Black men in these cities have a higher chance of being killed by police than the average American has of being killed by anyone.
  • Black men in six cities face a higher chance of being killed by police than the average American has of being killed in a car accident.

Bill Cosby arrested, Sandra Bland hung, Tamir Rice shot, the Modern Day Lynching?

Three Major court cases took place over the past few weeks. The arrest of Bill Cosby, the Sandra Bland case, and Tamir Rice case.
The Sandra Bland case where an innocent black woman was pulled over in Texas, abused by the arresting cop, and was mysteriously found hung in a jail cell with no indictment to the police department. The Tamir Rice case, where a 12 year old black boy was legally murdered in seconds by a police officer, and no indictment for the officer(s). And now the highly publicized arrest of Bill Cosby with a million dollar bail. The prosecutor even took Cosby’s passport so he could not leave the country. With unproven allegations, the endless reputation slaughter, slander, and arrest has diminished the legacy of ” Mr Bill Cosby  ” and taken him through the mud unlike white celebrities actually found guilty of acts of pedophilia, and rape. These are all examples of modern day lynchings… some cold blooded murder, and for our prestigious role models, the murder of a legacy.

No wonder Lebron James is so afraid to speak out. When asked about Tamir Rice he said “and to be honest, I haven’t really been on top of this issue.” Really dude? Tamir was killed a year ago and headlined in the news with national protests and you still don’t know about it? If you have a job that makes you afraid to stand up for your own people, then you are just another modern day slave.. and one day you will be on the name slaughter list just like our other greats. Athletes like Muhammad Ali and Jim Brown were much greater influences in there time and had all the peoples love because they stood up for the people.

On June 4, 1967 outstanding Black athletes gathered in the offices of the Black Economic Union in Cleveland, Ohio to support Muhammad Ali’s famously refused induction into the U.S. military.

Some may say, why should people expect so much from an athlete? Well, the answer is we don’t expect anything from an athlete, we expect something from a black father who has children, and we expect from a black man who will stand up for his own kind instead of using his influence to sell bacon burgers! I mean c’mon son!
So instead of standing up for your people, you promote toxic food that is killing your people.. #SMDH

So we have all the slavery roles in modern times including the lynchings, the house Negro, Masa, and Nat Turner (Nation19 Magazine/APDTA). Don’t let yourself be categorized as the next modern day house negro. Remember, a man or woman who stands for nothing, will fall for anything, and will eventually cause a domino effect. So stand up!  #APDTA

You can get with this or you can get with that: Phylicia Rashad vs Andrea Constand

Back in the days there was a catchy rap song and the hook went like this “You can get with this or you can get with that.” We hate to compare people but this situation demands some critical investigation.  Above are two pictures of women. The one on the left is the beautiful actress Phylicia Rashad who worked with Bill Cosby on the most popular black TV show ever. Her role as Clair Huxtable on the sitcom The Cosby Show landed her an EMMY nomination in 1985 and 1986. Aside from acting Rashad graduated Magna Cum Laude from Howard University. With such an amazing woman around Mr Bill Cosby why would he not slip her a qualude and had his way. On every situation she defends him as a upright respectful man.

The woman on the right is the very manly Andrea Constand, an out LESBIAN ex basketball player from Canada. She accused Bill Cosby of drugging her with pills and sexually assaulting her in his home while she worked at Temple University. All criminal charges against Cosby in February 2005 were dropped due to a lack of evidence by Constand. When the criminal charges were not pursued, Constand launched a civil suit against Cosby in March 2005. Cosby settled that suit for undisclosed terms a year later. Andrea Constant is reported to have been living off that money she obtained from the settlement.

The logic doesn’t add up. Phylicia Rashad, the beautiful intelligent woman you are alone with for decades…no rape, no drugging, nothing but respect. But Andrea Constant, the manly not so attractive lesbian female jock, you drug, and assault? Cmon something doesn’t add up.

Here is a quote from Phylicia Rashad on ABC NEWS. “What you’re seeing is the destruction of a legacy. And I think it’s orchestrated. I don’t know why or who’s doing it, but it’s the legacy. And it’s a legacy that is so important to the culture,” she said. “This show represented America to the outside world. This was the American family. And now you’re seeing it being destroyed. Why?”

A GRAND JURY ISSUES NO INDICTMENTS IN DEATH OF SANDRA BLAND!

Hempstead Texas prosecutor has announced that a grand jury came to the decision to not issue any indictments in the death of Sandra Bland, the Black Woman who was found dead in her cell after being arrested for not using her signal when switching lanes.

Sandra Bland’s death sparked national outrage after a coroner ruled her death a suicide. Bland’s family and thousands of protesters alleged that Bland was wrongfully arrested and had been a victim of racism.

Remember the cop tried to drag her out of her car for a traffic signal. This is the world we live in. Watch the entire video to remind yourself how she was treated. #noJusticenoPeace #APDTA

‘Tis the season to Boycott!

As Black Friday nears we are all the more ready to Boycott! This is only the beginning! Don’t worry, we got the right ammo you need for the entire holiday season! ‘Tis’ the Season to Boycott!

People love Christmas. They are more willing to spend money during the Christmas holiday season than any time of the year. It is this innate joy that we get when we think about Christmas. We are reminded of spending time with our loved ones, of hanging up decorations as a family and giving gifts to those that we love.
We hear a rendition of “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and like clockwork, our wallets open. We are unknowingly giving in to an intense marketing scheme to make us spend money, not to spread Christmas cheer.

While consumers are excited about the prospect of the holiday season, our ingrained materialism kicks into overdrive. Big businesses are aware of this.
We are being physiologically and emotionally bombarded and hypmotised into walking talking shopping zombies.

“..Its possible to brainwash, manipulate, coherse people to do just about anything and we see this demonstrated in military training..” says Paul McKenna, Ph.D. a professional Hypnotist. “..they do things way out side the parameters of what we would consider moral..” There is a reason these corporations hire trained professional hypnotist and phycologist.

So don’t let your family become victims of the holiday season. ‘Tis the season to #boycott!! Share this campaign/video with family and friends and let them know #Christmasiscancelled Don’t get played while Big corporations get paid. #APDTA

Christmas is Cancelled campaign for National Boycott. (JusticeOrElse)

Christmas has become the most wonderful time of the year for corporate companies. Every end of the year they can’t wait to see you rush to buy their products. Its all a big marketing scheme to open up emotional vulnerabilities that make people feel that without their products they are defective. Corporations hire phsycologist to sell what is essentially the same product every year. Consumers are emotionally and phycologically inclined to buy during this time because “its the season of giving” when in reality it is the season of buying. Christmas has become nothing but bait, laid out for certain types of consumers and since the black consumer market has reached $1 trillion this year, its safe to say the bait is laid out for us.

This year we are killing the bait, the pole, and the fisherman by canceling Christmas. Similar to the way you would cancel a check lol No we are not saying to stop any religious beliefs, but stopping a habit that has turned into a mindless shopping ritual centered on an old fat bearded guy with elves, reindeer, and dead trees is what we are saying lol.

So share this commercial because #ChristmasIsCanceled #APDTA
